We are pleased to launch this space to share news and updates from Zhooniya Makak Limited Partnership — the entity that manages the investments and for-profit enterprises of Hiawatha First Nation.
Our mandate is straightforward: engage in, and develop, wealth creation opportunities that give Hiawatha access to sustainable sources of revenue for the next seven generations and beyond.
To deliver on that mandate, we apply a broad lens across multiple sectors — energy infrastructure, technology, supply & services, construction, and real estate. Each sector contributes a different revenue stream, a different employment base, and a different set of capabilities. Together they form a diversified portfolio designed to weather economic cycles and compound value across decades.
